Terms and Conditions Bookings and payment Payments can be made on line, through our secure server or by telephone. Cheques should be made payable to Kitchen in The Castle Full payment for all courses must be made at the time of booking; these are non-refundable except in the case of the booking not being accepted by us or if due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to provide the course for which you have booked. Cancellation by Participants Course fees will be refunded in full if written notice is received by us at least four days prior to the start of the course and a 50% refund will be received if you notify us 36 hours before the course. If you withdraw from the class after this time you will not be entitled to any refund. Places can be transferred by you to another person. Cancellation & changes by Kitchen in The Castle We reserve the right to alter the time or content of any course and to substitute any advertised tutor. In the unlikely event of cancellation by Kitchen in The Castle will provide a suitable alternative course or will make a full refund for the class and any reasonable travel expenses. Should there be any dispute regarding any matter the decision of Kitchen in The Castle is final Health and Safety In the interest of Safety and Hygiene you are advised to wear appropriate clothing in the kitchen. Shoes should be low healed and fully cover the toes. We will begin each course with a short talk on the Kitchen in The Castle’s essential Health and Safety regulations. We reserve the right to ask any participants ignoring these regulations to leave the class. Should this be necessary no refund will be given for the class. |
