Blind Tasting & Cookery Class This session begins with a blind tasting of several ingredients that feature on the menu. Our approach will tickle your senses and engage your taste buds with fascinating results and lots of laughter. Under the watchful eye of our tutors, your group will cook one of the pre-selected menus - Asian, Mediterranean or Middle Eastern. At the end of this very interactive and sensory experience, everyone relaxes around the table, enjoying the fragrant food accompanied by a complimentary glass of wine.Cookery Demonstration- FOOD & WINE Our impressive 18th century domed kitchen is the perfect venue to accommodate groups of up to 35. Our tutor will show participants how to make a selection of canapés and buffet dishes, whilst explaining what type of wine will best complement each dish.
