Feast from the Sea - Seafood Cookery Course: Course Description:

This popular class is for all fish and shellfish fans. Our delicious and healthy repertoire will vary with the seasons. Come and meet our Fishmongers at Beshoffs and Nicky’s Plaice; learn how to tell if fish is fresh, what to look for and what to avoid when buying fish.

Back in the Kitchen in the Castle we’ll decode a number of cooking techniques, giving you the confidence to use a variety of fish, and demonstrate how easy it is to master the skills needed to prepare them. You will learn how to fillet & prepare both a round and flat fish, plus use them to cook a varied menu, while incorporating several different cooking techniques.

This course includes a sit down lunch around our kitchen table.
