| Italian Cookery Course Description:
Warm up the cold winter evenings by treating your friends and family with this seasonal menu rich in taste and colour. We will start with “Red Barolo Risotto”, a risotto where the acidity of this famous full bodied red wine is well balanced by addition of sweated vegetables, “Roast Loin of Pork stuffed with Rosemary and Sage” is the main course; easy to prepare, cook and carve and with lots of flavour, this is a perfect dish for entertaining. This is served with “Sautéed Fennel with Parmesan”; pork and fennel are very good together and you will be surprised to see how good fennel is cooked this way. To finish, the dessert “Caramelized Pears with Marsala and Mascarpone “is simple to make but tastes luxurious
